All orders are processed subject to availability.

  • Ready-to-ship items are prepared within 3 business days following order confirmation.

  • Customized, made-to-order, or out-of-stock items require a production period of up to 10 business days prior to dispatch.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on the destination and local courier services.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or other external factors.

Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
All such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
